Most of our products are made to order to suit your needs; therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, however we are happy to offer replacement, refund or credit note for any faulty items within 14 days of receiving your order. Replacement may depend upon whether we have available replacements in stock.
If we do not have a replacement product in stock, you will then be given the option of a credit note or refund.
For a faulty product (refunds) the customer must post back at their own expense (tracking must be purchased) and the cost of postage will be refunded as well as the purchase cost (plus original postage) once item has arrived back to us and confirmed faulty.
For a faulty product (replacement/repairs) - the customer must post back faulty item at their own expense (tracking must be purchased) and a replacement item will be posted at our cost as well as a refund for the cost of postage paid by the customer, if the item is deemed faulty/defective.
For a faulty product (credit note) - the customer must post back faulty item at their own expense (tracking must be purchased). A credit note for the purchase amount will then be provided to the customer upon receipt of faulty item.
All returns are to be approved by us prior to posting.
Each of our products are hand dyed, with botanical/plant dyes - this mean that no product will be exactly the same. Being natural dyes, each product/colour will vary slightly.
We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing, shrinkage or change of mind, so please choose your items carefully and follow the care instructions.
